HSP product range
|
The HSP production programme covers adapter and withdrawal sleeves, nuts and locking devices with 130 mm up to 1750 mm outer diameter and approx. 600 mm in length. Besides the standard we offer the following:
- Sleeves with abnormal bores and threads, metric / inch dimensions, special materials, ...
- Production according to customer specification respectively to drawings
- Special surface treatment (e.g. phosphating)
- Longterm packaging
- Direct deliveries, global sourcing and other logistical add ons
Standards of the HSP production
- Adapter sleeves according to ISO 2982-1:1995 (-> DIN 5415:2009-05)
- Withdrawal sleeves acc. to ISO 2982-1:1995 (-> DIN 5416:2009-05)
- Nuts following ISO 2982-2:2001 (DIN 981:2009-05)
- Locking devices acc. to DIN 5406
- Any standard or recommendation of customers by drawing or text
Additional products
Cages for bearings with complex milling and drilling processes up to 1750 mm outer diameter processed in five axis. HSP is not limited to any design according to customer requirements. Most ferrous material can be machined (brass, bronze, steel, aluminium, etc.). |
