Focusing on sustainable behaviour: renewable energies

As a company which promotes sustainability, we are aware of our special responsibility towards man and the environment. Against a background of limited resources and climate change, we place particular emphasis on the use of renewable energies. By doing so, we not only demonstrate the responsibility we feel towards the environment, but also help optimise processes and increase energy efficiency.

Energy that 'grows back'

Unlike fossil-based energy sources, such as oil, coal, and gas, which are only available for a limited period, renewable or regenerative energies will be available for ever. These sustainable energy sources include hydropower, wind energy, solar energy, geothermal power (geothermal energy), and tidal energy. Another renewable energy source, derived from renewable raw materials, is biomass.

Strong on resource and climate protection

Our credentials in the area of environmental and climate protection have been given a seal of approval. The environmental management programme at HSP Schwahlen GmbH has been certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001:2009 by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance. This proves how seriously we take sustainability and energy efficiency, both within and beyond the company.
