HSP Schwahlen GmbH – the component specialists
As a highly professional and high-performance supplier to the machine and plant construction sector, HSP specialises in the production of ready-to-install bearing components. As well as providing adapter sleeves and withdrawal sleeves, HSP also supplies niche markets with products such as bearing cages with very large diameters. We can also arrange small deliveries and produce special items on an individual basis, ever mindful of the importance of sustainability and maximum profitability. Much of the company's strategy is informed by such forward-looking ideas as energy efficiency and the need to use materials that save resources.
Company history - a few key dates
Founded in 1945, since 1951 HSP Schwahlen GmbH concentrates on the production of adapters and withdrawal sleeves. Back in the early 80s the machine park was upgraded to the modern CNC manufacturing of larger products. Since 2000, high-precision bearing cages with external diameters between 100 mm and 1750 mm have been added to the range of manufactured products. Freshly built in 2001 and repeatedly expanded production facility in Langenfeld provides us an advanced and modern machine park including 3D measuring technology. In 2011 we shall build new, additional production and office buildings, which will use the latest technology to widen the product range to include products more than 4000 mm size.

Our quality management system and environmental management system are certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and DIN EN ISO 14001:2009 respectively, in each case by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Limited. This underlines the emphasis we place on the highest possible levels of precision and optimal environmental sustainability.
