High-tech components for reliable use
The HSP production range covers adapter sleeves and withdrawal sleeves, as well as locknuts and nut locking devices with diameters from approx. 130 mm to approx. 4000 mm and lengths of up to 600 mm. We also offer special types of product on a supplementary basis (e.g. unusual bores and threads, metric and imperial dimensions, special surface treatments, etc.).
Our production standards
Our standard range includes adapter sleeves in accordance with ISO 2982-1:1995 (-> DIN 5415:2009-05), withdrawal sleeves (including G types) in accordance with ISO 2982-1:1995 (-> DIN 5416:2009-05), locknuts as per ISO 2982-2:2001 (DIN 981:2009-05), and nut locking devices in accordance with DIN 5406. We also produce bearing cages of up to 4000 mm using complex milling and drilling processes within a five-axis machining application.
